85/90. Took some time, but I believe my borderline PIED is improving. Also feeling much more calm and in control of my life. Better self-esteem and more optimism about the future. And I'm relating to women in a much more healthy and positive way again. Nofap challenges are not just about numbers. They're about letting your mind, body, and spirit recover from months/years of porn addiction. We are pretty resilient creatures, us humans, and I do believe healing is possible with enough time away from the self-destructive PMO cycle. I've really noticed the changes this time myself. Sometimes subtle, sometimes more significant. For those of you really struggling, just stick with it. Give it a chance to work.
