Day 5. When I feel restless or stressed, I say to myself something like "I don't want porn in my life anymore - I will find something positive to focus my energy on instead."
I was super busy with work this weekend and didn't post anything anywhere! Day 11/90 done. Day 12/90 done. Day 13/90 done. Currently working on day 14/90.
Starting again. I'll break it into 7 days to start, then hopefully continue on to 30, and eventually to 90. This nofap experience works to cure me of 2 things. A porn addiction and an inflated sense of pride.

Day 21/90. 3 weeks in! Definitely feeling urges. It's amazing how you can have all the resolve one day, and feel so weak the next, or convince yourself that it doesn't matter. Don't quite know how to turn it around, but I'm trying. Good luck to all of y'all too!
