Hi guys i’m starting over. I struggled with pied all of 2020 and realized I am an addict about halfway through. My ultimate goals is to make this a lifestyle and cure my pied and also improve mental health. I actually reached a 45 day streak about a month or so ago but then relapsed because of stress and fell back into bad habits. Now i’m making a real run again. I have to, i’m not even aroused by anything anymore. I guess i’m in pretty deep and need a full brain cleansing. My dms are open for anyone who wants to chat about this or just anything, loneliness plays a big part in this.
Hello ! Are there any things you could do to help you along it ? Like smaller goals you'd want to reach..for me for example I'd like to be able to read some more difficult books ((Currently started Carl Jung Modern man in search of a soul) and I've enjoyed the challenge..and I won't deny I reward myself by playing Star wars kotor ^_^
