Day 46! Nausea and stomach pain after breakfast, but I was fine after eating lunch. Still need to figure out the reason.

I relapsed after watching porn for 2 days I give in. Now I know watching porn intentionally means a relapse. New start again.

    Checking in Day 21/90

It’s so amazing and inspiring to see all the men on this forum taking a stand against P and destructive sexual behaviors.

Truly this is an uplifting and inspiring community. I have personally witnessed men supporting one another, being vulnerable, sharing their struggles, encouraging one another, posting inspiring and positive content to help others.

Friends, the community here is one of a kind! Participating with and being an active member in a community of like minded people, in my opinion, is a very potent tool in forming new habits, finding freedom from addiction, and accelerating personal growth.

One word of caution though. We all know how extremely valuable time is. Be mindful of how much time you spend engaging in online interactions versus how much time, energy, and effort you’re applying to your other goals and projects.

We want to be careful with how we manage our time. We don’t want to trade P or P-Subs in exchange for other unhealthy patterns like getting sucked into spending excessive chunks of life on online forums.

Please know that I’m not bashing this community that has helped me on so many levels. Simply encouraging all of us, myself included, to be conscious of how we’re spending time.

    Cheers,
    Lamboskovich

Good, to hear it. Thanks for asking, my streak :

51 & 52 days, 1.248 hours of the rest of my life
    42 days of Yoga
    7 days of Intermittent Fasting
    2 days of NoScreen

Yesterday was screenless Sunday again so a 2 day post.
    Had sex. No O.
Starting to realise that posting is becoming an addcition and a chore at the same time again.
So have to watch my balance, posting helps me stay focused but it is still a tool.

Exactly, so less likes and time for me here. It really helps a lot and your sahring and support really helps. But is musn't become a crutch or replacement dopamine addiction.
So less from me in the future.
