Day 62 I just realized how much time I was wasting every single day browsing and downloading so much porn that I couldn't even watch it. I was wasting at least 1-2 hours a day, even more at the weekends. Probably hundreds of hours spent watching or searching for porn. I gradually reduced my porn time to once or twice a week last year. And tried no PMO this January tge first time That were dark times and it makes me feel kinda sick thinking about it
Day 79. At night I had the biggest fight between my conscious and subconscious mind. The subconscious mind was creating dreams which are sexy and this time the cravings where really strong that it would take some time for my conscious mind to kick and rationalize the event. This kept going on the entire night. I almost didn't get any sleep. I have to stay strong even in my dreams. No more relapsing, No more PMO flashes, No sex dreams, Nothing. Mission recovery and creating the best self I can be.
