Hi all! I completed the 21 days challenge. I have have came directly to the 90 days challenge as the 30 and 60 days seems to be too easy for me now. So starting from today! Day 0/90
I have actually gone for 80 days without MO, but about a month earlier I "accidentally" went through some pictures, but immediately came back. I thought everyone is required to start with day 0 of the respective challenges, but I guess I will go with Day 22/90
Day 34/90. My last streak was 32 days. I don't want to feel like I have accomplished my goal and relapse. Working hard to keep going...
hey guys day 1 here ,, today was a good days as compared to past few days ;; few improvement are also needed in future and one more thing that i think i lost my motivation towards NoFap as i am not paying caution on the internet as i started searching those things which i had stopped in past so i am also trying to to reduce that ..
New record 54 days. Alas, relapsed yesterday. For me, blockers are essential: Yesterday my Iphone crashed thus I had to install to factorysettings. My blocker was gone for a day and I immediately checked a pornsite. Had a look and relapsed. This doesn't feel like a huge failure, 54 days is a record and my life has improved for the last 2 months. The change has already started and I will keep going. Good luck everyone.
Missed yesterday somehow so here it is with today's post. Day 22/90 Day 547 at attempting this challenge Day 188 weigh training (M, W, F) Lifestyle: reduced caffeine, alcohol and desserts Day 23/90 Day 548 at attempting this challenge Day 188 weigh training (M, W, F) Lifestyle: reduced caffeine, alcohol and desserts
Day 70/90 This past Friday, I saw an Orthopaedic specialist and was diagnosed with something called Calcific Tendonitis. Essentially, it’s an issue where calcium deposits build up on the tendons of the muscle. Usually it happens in the shoulder, specifically on the rotator cuff tendons, and causes severe pain, inflammation, and limited range of motion. It’s progressed over the past 2 weeks and I’m unable to lift my right arm at all. Having a procedure Friday to break up and remove the calcium. After that will be 6-8 weeks of Physical Therapy to regain strength and range of motion in my right arm. Taking this time off work to recover. Please keep me in your thoughts guys. It’s extremely difficult to do simple things like grooming and putting clothes on. Still staying staying optimistic and positive. I’m confident I will fully recover from this. I’ll continue with my 90 day reboot as usual and keep checking in daily. When things like this happen, it really makes you slow down, and appreciate the simple things. This is life though guys. There will be plenty of surprises and unexpected twists and turns that weren’t part of the plan. How do you handle these unexpected plot twists? I can go into hibernation, stay in bed for a week and feel sorry for myself. That’s not going to help me! Stay humble and know that you choose your attitude and how you perceive challenges. See it as an opportunity to learn, to grow, and to get better. Never give up. No matter where you are now, decide today that you are responsible for your life. Where you are today is a result of all the choice you’ve made. Decide that you won’t settle for average or mediocre. All the Best, Lamboskovich
