Well said! We have to force ourselves to grow and keep doing better every single day. But we also have to acknowledge the progress we've already made.

Day 4. I had a strong urges last night while meditating. But thankfully I did not relapse. This is going to be hard but I believe in the power of will. I have more energy and am really productive. This is already awesome.

I don't know if it's so bad if the forum becomes a habit for a while. Like, if every time you get an urge to look at P, you come here instead. Of course in the long run you want to get rid of habitual behavior in general, but start with replacing a bad habit with one that's about growth and community - that's huge progress!
