Well said! We have to force ourselves to grow and keep doing better every single day. But we also have to acknowledge the progress we've already made.

    Back to day 0

Made it to the end of day 4

For me it’s about breaking the habit and that’s the intention and the forum is the new habit

Being careful to not allow it to happen with the same cues or place again

Day 4. I had a strong urges last night while meditating. But thankfully I did not relapse.
This is going to be hard but I believe in the power of will. I have more energy and am really productive. This is already awesome.

This is day 52 of not doing PM.
This is day 3 of not looking at any P-subs.

I joined this forum 382 days ago. Of those 382 days, I spend 341 days without doing PMO.

I don't know if it's so bad if the forum becomes a habit for a while. Like, if every time you get an urge to look at P, you come here instead. Of course in the long run you want to get rid of habitual behavior in general, but start with replacing a bad habit with one that's about growth and community - that's huge progress!

This is a good approach! It reminds me of something a meditation coach once advised me: if you feel pain somewhere, bring your attention and your breath to that area. It also applies to mental pains, or insecurities. Which is very hard because we tend to avert our attention from the painful areas. But we should give them attention and heal them.
