Day 5. I've only been free of PMO for 4 days now, going on my 5th day. However, I can't even remember the last time I reached this much success in no PMO before I joined NoFap. Yesterday was a big win for me, and I'm going to try to take things day by day. Thank you for all of the encouragement and support I've received from this community. You guys have really been helping me to continue changing my life for the better.

On that note, I really admire all the men here for joining NoFap. It's a big inspiration for the women here. Shows that as tough as it can be, you have the courage to tackle the challenge! Those are 22 days of rejecting the deceptions of the porn world. 22 days of moving forwards Even if you don't notice a reward per day, the long-term benefits will be worth it.
