Thanks. True. It did lead to a reset Not as bad as some previous relapses, but still enough to reset. I'm ashamed. But my shame will be washed away...Grateful I got to 26 days. I've been doing this challenge since January, and I'm not giving up now!

Day 5. I've only been free of PMO for 4 days now, going on my 5th day. However, I can't even remember the last time I reached this much success in no PMO before I joined NoFap. Yesterday was a big win for me, and I'm going to try to take things day by day. Thank you for all of the encouragement and support I've received from this community. You guys have really been helping me to continue changing my life for the better.

Starting back at day 0. Will be marking down each day in this channel and hope to be inspired to succeed in this challenge.

Every day is so difficult and the reward per day is almost not noticeable.

@doctor29 I didn't feel disrespected, just wanted to point it out for the sake of clarification It's understandable coz most people here are male. All the best to you too.

On that note, I really admire all the men here for joining NoFap. It's a big inspiration for the women here. Shows that as tough as it can be, you have the courage to tackle the challenge! What a noble challenge, too, because it's about not letting women or men be reduced to sex-objects. That includes ourselves! Keep going, men! Change is possible.

22 days are NOT nothing. Those are 22 days of rejecting the deceptions of the porn world. 22 days of moving forwards

Even if you don't notice a reward per day, the long-term benefits will be worth it. Might be helpful to remember, too, that NoFap isn't just about 'what's in it for us', but also about not objectifying/using people. Keep going, @Christoph108 , you're not alone.
