    VikinG. 61 to go. everything alright except this brutal insomnia since a half year now. And i know my sleep would immediately improve by fapping.
    I will stay and endure insomnia. I think i am not yet in danger in terms of health problem based on insomnia. Also i won't take any medication of course.
    Hm i have to find a solution for this problem. I am wondering what it could be.

    relapsed. I barely slept within 3 days. I am suffering insomnia since 1 year, since my NoFap trip. Today i couldn't handle insomnia any more. I fapped because i was weakend by insomnia and i did it to fall asleep in a moment.

    I really didnt know what i could do instead. Medication is not a solution because it is a lot worse than fapping.

    Please restart viking challenge

  8. huuugh ... sounds tough, no sleep is not good, hope you will soon find some good and sound sleep, get back on track and keep going, keep growing.

    I guess it’s something you have to experiment with. A few things that I know make it harder for me to sleep:

    -too many thoughts, not feeling relaxed and at ease. Works well to take 1-2 hours without screens or other activities, but just be alone

    -looking on phone or other screens shortly before bed

    -not been active enough during the day. Even if exercise has been done, sometimes you still have energy left and can maybe go for a long walk. Make yourself tired physically so you can sleep better

    -I eat shortly before going to bed. If I’m hungry I can’t sleep. With a full stomach I fall asleep quickly.

    -don’t focus on ‘trying’ to fall asleep, don’t force it. If you’re really tired then the body will take care of it. Just relax and sleep will happen automatically.

    Maybe you don’t need as much sleep as you think, maybe you can go to bed later. Don’t go to bed if you’re not tired.

    That’s all I can think of for now.

    not possible because of reflux problems

    yes
    this is easy to fix, i must try
    will try. after work swimming until exhaustion beside lifting weights

    unfortunately fapping cured my insomnia yesterday immediately. I slept like baby for 9 hours undistrubed. But i know this can't be the solution longterm

    I agree.

    Also, another thing that I remember: it’s better to sleep with the windows open always for fresh oxygen. Also sleep is better in a cold environment, if the room is warm then the sleep will be worse.
