Due to my therapist hours i recognized i am traumatised in terms of contact to woman in any means.
deeper contact to women lead to anger, sadness and hopelessness and leaves me devastated because of my non existing self worth.
my Mother abused me emotionally as a child massively and she was very sick and died young because of her mental problems. Now i have to carry her heritage on my shoulders and it will lead to my downfall.

NoFap does not help to solve my emotions and attitude, nor therapist does.
But i does it anyway hoping it may improve things. I got a slightly hope
