Day 60 of meditation. @TheLinari Yes indeed friend, this is very powerful tool. Strong brain will overcome everything, stick with it and you will succeed!
Day 40! Had too much sugar today, so felt restless during the day. But I had a good and productive day. Finished an online course and got a certificate. Fun fact: it's not only day 40 in my meditation streak, it's also day 50 in my reboot. Double party! Today I did 2 meditation sessions again for 15 minutes. I relaxed my body and listened to noises outside. I was sitting in my garden and could hear all kind of sounds. After a while I would go to session 2 and do my box breathing. I aim to do an extended session again soon, as I feel I'd be up for it. It will be easier to do when my sugar consumption is normal again! 15 minute meditation - DONE
Day 16- I once again became the 'Observer' of my thoughts. My thoughts were like a river flowing in front of me. I noticed my anxious thoughts and kind of separated myself from them. Truly remarkable!
Day 1, 20 minutes. Been awhile since I did this and it was really noticeable which means lot of room for growth.
Day 41 Had a relaxing day which made me focused and blissful. I've done 3 sessions today and spent a total of 25 minutes meditating. Session 1 was just sitting and relaxing. Session 2 was boxed breathing. Session 3 was self enquiry. Love that I'm able to do some longer sessions. I try to keep it in this range, but I don't want to put too much pressure on myself. 25 minute meditation - DONE
