Checking in: Day 3 and 4 update: Yesterday (Day 3), I engaged in a 10-minute meditation session in the early morning. Today, due to some work-related delays, I practiced meditation in the afternoon. I'm actively exploring various types of meditation and learning new concepts from the experience. It's incredibly enlightening.

Day 221 of meditation Picked up my girl rather early today, so had to be creative with my meditation sessions.
