Day 7/14 complete! Hoo hah! Halfway there.
Woke up fine, had a craving, brushed it off like it was nothing.
Day 8/14 complete!
Aaaaaand Day 0. Getting over Day 8 is a real hurdle for me. That's what I aim to conquer now!

New to this challenge, day 1
It's getting harder. I've completed 16 days, but the withdrawal symptoms are starting to wear me down. I'm noticing I'm going on youtube and reddit more which I know only leads triggers, been having struggles getting through the day since day 14 and 16. I'm hoping self-talk and journalizing before bed will put me in a good disposition to remind me of why I'm doing this.
