I went 11 Days without PMO but gave in today. Starting again, Day 0.

 

Checkin Day 16/21

In terms of urges the day is going slow. Little urges creep up like small goblins. They're quite easy to keep away but the back of my mind asking "oh come on, but what if?" Has to be fought back. On the bright side, I have this challenge to complete and keep me on track AND I don't want to ruin this beautiful pink display with more grey boxes:

 

Day 19/21 - I could basically felt the urge every time i died in dark souls but i pulled trough, so nofap makes you also better at dark souls, totally worth it

 

Today I have completed day 21/21 Yeeeaaaaaahhhh!

 

I know the feeling, the struggle is real

 

Another day fap-free done!
