Day 11, Super fantastic, but had an urge while I was sleeping early in the morning and that's ridiculous but still managed to come out of it clean!! I had cold shower today with water freezing at 5degree C. #CHALLENGE_21DAYS. Also, made my way on torrent while I was searching for something, and tried to look onto those "stuff", but soon realized this is not gonna be good. Thanks Nofap community!!!
Day 19/21, this afternoon was quite tough, I thought of M, I started reading some posts on the NoFap subredit, felt inspired by some of the posts and the urge past. I hope it gets easier, but what I realize is that you can never slack in your effort. Keep fighting it no matter what!
