Its brave of you to share your physical identity in the public domain. I guess not many of us can do this.
This is the great struggle and path of this program. To live life fully, good and bad, without our addiction.
I'm 35yo guy , I think this is an excellent idea to get away from porn "I have read the rules and would like to join this group".
well, sorted out a coping mechanism for the morning - a list of reasons my ex was/is bad for me to read in the morning. I hope for it ground me in reality and keep me out of fantasy land. Boom. Let's see how we go.

Alcohol is easy for me to give up, for the first week or so. I always manages to start up again, maybe slowly at first, but I'm usually back to my 6-8 ounces per night within a couple of weeks.
Good luck with everything @flyswat , any support you need give me a shout[/QUOTE] Much appreciated, thank you.
Perfect simple and clear. What do you think you have control over, that if you focus on each day you can accomplish those above? What routines, habits ways of being can help you? What routines habits and ways of being do you want to renounce? WHat can you replace them with? For myself... I had to renounce social media, and overthinking and reading the news (too much) and i have created a tracking sheet that focuses my attention on what I have control over like... A) wake up time B) Sleep time C) Exercise duration and consisetncy, D) Meditation i noticed if i wake up at the early morning hours and spend the first few hours in contemplation silence and journal and nature, I have much more control over my state of mind and inner being which results in outter harmoney.
Its nice to see you keep it simple, as I do too. Although simple I at times don't/can't all of them consistently for a long periods of time.
