Meditation has been hard this week. Struggling more to focus or stop thinking. I read Thich Nhat Hanh, Dali Llama and lately some books from Zen practitioners. They help.

Friends—I’m just checking in. Two months free of M and P again today. It’s been a busy week, but it helps tremendously that I’m no longer bursting inside for that release at the end of the day. Though a challenge at times, I’m mostly just doing what needs to be done, and the truth is I’m actually starting to enjoy it.
I've only recently begun to take bodybuilding seriously. When I was all PM all the time, I think I was all about the easy, and shied away from the difficult.
I've realized that I often treat my "mind" these days the same way I treat my kids, either ignoring it or asking it to be quiet when it's being ridiculous.
Thanks for your honesty @nonfap. I feel the same way about the dopamine. Sometimes, I find that when I'm seeking it in other places like carbs or screen time it makes it harder to resist it in other sources too.
An attitude of bitterness and resentment has never helped me either. Love the love vibes, brother. Thanks for the inspiration today.
Checking in at 15 days . So far I feel incredible . Committing to this change has really helped me to look at other areas of my life that I had let slide recently . So the act of improving in other areas is making me stronger in staying on course .
