Day 16 Hard Mode.
Try to practice mindfulness, the thought keep coming cause you don't want to be there so you are resisting them and what you resist persists. The more you want they to go away there will come back stronger. Say thanks to the mind when theses thoughts arrive ,then they will lost it's power.

Day 1 starting over. After countless relapses.
Lesson learned it's impossible not to fap, if you don't keep busy. Most of my time I spend alone on my bed or resting on the couch. I enjoy my own space a lot,and guess that is also what Triggers PMO.
I don't like the outdoors so much, only when it's necessary I do go out.
What can I do?
64/90...keeping the resolve, determination, commitment, dedication, steadfastness one day at a time...this addiction is constantly working on us, just waiting for us to have a weak moment. Good luck and best wishes everyone, keep going!!!

Day 3. The time goes very fast, lots of things to do to school, last week of semester. When the stress times come because of exams, my will has to be more stronger, but I can do it! Wish good day
