    I'm going to work on the premise that it's mind set and how I spend my time that will determine the benefits I will receive from my abstinence by April. (End of the 90 days, hopefully). I've come to believe that mind and emotional management will be the key.

    Day 14/90. Week two!!!!! Made it!!!! This is one achievement here. Hard road? Yes, but worth it...more urges coming my way but with this forum and another forum they've got me through it. Whenever I see beautiful ladies whether in the gym or else I remind myself why I'm taking this challenge and changing my ways for the better. Have a good day people and keep up the fight. Each step we make in our lives will leave an impact.
