    I'm in.

Exception to the rule: from time to time I bake (with sugar) for others. Despite the diet I allow myself to eat something of my own baked goods. Vice versa: if someone should invite me to a self-made cake or pastrie, I may eat it. But I should ask for a sugar-free or low-sugar alternative in advance, if possible.

I will document all occasions where I eat added sugars in regards to the exception and list them here at the end, to be accountable. Also I don't want to dilute neither my pledge nor my sense of accomplishment when I beat this epic challenge ;):)

Fuck it! No exceptions! 90 days without sugar - make it a reality! make it highest priority and structure your life accordingly

    • avoid porn like the devil
    • stop masturbating
    • just don't eat sugar (you don't need you)
    • change sugar-related eating patterns (coffee, milk ...)
    • reduce screen time drastically
    • get up at 4 am
sugar is not an addiction. Just a bad habit.
    Beat it!

Yesterday I bought expensive chocolate (not crap like usually). So I should I eat what's left with pleasure now. And the next time that happens will be after 90 days

    Day 1 no sugar

I think I'll get back at this challenge now. I've been doing pretty good overall lately cutting down my sugar consumption, but I will live by the rules of this challenge now. No more sweetener in my coffee or tea, no more yogurt with added sugar, no junk food or chocolate, and that should be it. I'll look at the ingredients list of anything I eat to make sure there's no added sugar. And I will try to eat mostly whole foods where I don't even need to worry about anything added into it in the first place.

They say that sugar is addicting, although if I decide to stop I can usually do it at least for a short time. It is just habituated I find for myself and it just takes determination to just stop consuming it and to get healthy nutrients instead.

Yes, it is definitely addicting @Dovahkin101. What I actually meat is, that it is possible to avoid it, just by being mindful and take the challenge very serious. Not like with porn, which is an addiction on a whole other level (at least for me).
It will be hard and until today I couldn't do this challenge for long. But I want to make it possible, make it a reality!

My last chocolate is eaten and the challenge has begun. Never dare to forget it!

Everything fine so far. I ate a little chocolate bar on my work, because I had a very bitter taste in my mouth and I literally forgot about the challenge. It was just this short moment where the impuls was very strong and I didn't realize it's not allowed. It was just one bite, so I don't see a problem at all. Of course I need to learn from that. So that at a certain point I'm mindful and conditioned enough to avoid such an action.
So Day 1 nearly finished :)
