Any advice from personal experiences?

I do not consider myself addicted to porn anymore.

I'm 22 years old now
From 13 I was MO and then from about 15 PMO was around 3x a day.

I seem to have broken free from watching porn habitually, deviating further into taboo sex. But I suffered from mild PIED and performance anxiety.

This wasn't too bad, however. Was mostly evident when meeting new sexual partners. I couldn't get hard the first time.. And could only succeed in having sex with the woman if I had gotten semi-erect, orgasmed with her once, then tried again. Usually I was fine after that.. However it's a scary thing to not trust your own pens.

I've lurked NoFap for a while.. Read a lot of success stories that lead me to attempt a reboot.
A lot of you. Guys have tried really hard and I sincerely hope you succeed.

My own issue is that I don't believe myself to be as far gone as most others.. But I would still like to recover and be the sexually confident man I should be.
.. My personal problem arises from having a long distance girlfriend. I've stopped watching traditional porn altogether about 3 months ago, but I view porn graphic material from her about once a week, and we cam and both MO.
I can't eliminate this because I feel this aspect of our relationship is something that is keeping us bonded and together. It's a major stress reliever for the distance.

My question is, did any of you see results through very regulated MO? Once a week?
I'm hoping that given my situation and the level of damage porn had done to me, that I can at least slowly recover without abstaining for a full 90 days

One need to quit cold turkey and go hard mode ie no porn, fapping and orgasms even with a partner for some months like 4-5 or even 6 as it depends mainly on the person. Once you have gone that many months, your brain will rewire and then you shouldnt have any problem although dealing with pmo addiction is a lifetime commitment just as with any other drug addiction.
