Any idea to beat laziness

I have some goals. Some are clear and some are unclear. Porn habit even made the clear goals unclear sometimes . I am feeling tired in the morning.
Now I need some ideas to overcome it.
How do you do to overcome or beat laziness ?
 
I can recommend some videos:
And look for motivational videos on YouTube. The trick is to actually move your butt right after watching such a video, because it's effect is temporary. Still, it might give you a push.
 
Get into a routine. You can start small and work your way up to becoming more productive. For example you could start with getting out of bed at a certain time everyday, then brushing your teeth and showering. When you get more comfortable with that you could start tidying up your room every day at a specific time. It’ll make you feel better overall. I’ll add a link to a website and you can read more into it if you want. I got into a routine and it’s helped a lot, 18 almost 19 days so far.

There's an old Japanese method of being more productive. It's basically called the 5 Minute method from which I've heard.

Basically start a project or anything and you may not feel like it. But bare with me in setting a timer for 5 minutes and do what you can in that amount of time. More likely you will stop or you will keep going and get more done then what you have initially intended.
