Becoming the writer I want to be

I haven't been writing gentlemen

 

I'm trying to reply to you but it won't let me post.
Sometimes we need a break but why don't you just try. I took a two year break and thought I'd lost the gift of writing then I tried last week and it's just flowing.

 

I well be tapping into that flow state soon

 

Have you got any ideas on what you'd like to write about?

 

Currently I'm dabbling my toe in the dark fantasy water ,I gonna try multiple genres ,I'd like to try non fiction also,how about you, I bought my very first bram stokers Dracula novel,the writing so exquisite

 

Nice, I'd like to write a fantasy novel too. As its a genre I enjoy reading. Currently I'm working on a fictional novel it's basically about the characters struggles with mental illness and drug addiction. But being someone with lived experience it's a nice journey where I can get some struggles and demons out onto paper.

 

Sweet, on the far fantasy novel I plan to touch issues of addictions in a creative way an instill methods of conquering it , example, say magical flowers give faeirues a eurphoeic addictive feeling simply by sniffing it, they get addicted an if they further their addiction without help they turn into stone, it's like a version of severe pmo addiction
