    Today I Am watching Health And Fitness Releted Video On Youtube With My Friend. Few Minutes Later. 3 Videos With Tempting Thumbnail Recommended. First One is Party Club Related Video Song Thumbnail With Girl in Party Revealing/Cleavage Clothes. Second Video is Item Video Song Thumbnail With Girl in Cleavage/Revealing Clothes Last One is Vlog Video With Girl in Bikini. I Looked Only For 9-12 Seconds And I Clicked "Not Interested" Option Then I Closed My Youtube. But I Didn't Touch My Self,I Didn't Watch Porn and I Didn't Fap But I Feel Urges. Does it Count As Relapse? Or I Hard My Self?

    Agreed. Not a relapse. The world we live in, coming across that type of thing is unavoidable at times. It’s how we respond that matters. Your response seems like the right one. Obviously it’s good to try to avoid those situations as much as possible because they are often a trigger that can be difficult to overcome.
