Does this count as a relapse?

I just got a message from a girl I know in real life. I didn’t want to go to the messenger app to see her picture or anything so I responded from the notifications screen.

I then forgot to say something in the text so quickly went to say something and went in to the app. I did not feel the dopamine rush at all but I saw her pic. I tried to avoid it. But I saw very quick glimpses of it. Is that fine? I did not linger or anything like that.
