Does this usually happen during a reboot

    Hi guys. I just started me reboot to finally kick this nasty habit. My question is since I started my reboot I feel as if im am checking out girls/women even more than before. I understand it is normal to look at people we find attractive but I feel as if I am staring at literally EVERY SINGLE woman that is even decent looking that I come across.

    Is this part of the withdrawal process? I kinda don't like how it makes me feel especially since I am in a relationship. Is just the fact I have conditioned myself to do this through years of looking at porn and now that I am no longer watching this is my brain's way of trying to have me go back? Any advice would be much appreciated

    Its your testosterone level, building and building up and up. Testosterone level typically peak on day 3 or 4 and on day 14 or 15, these are the times that people can find it very difficult to resist. Very powerful feelings, heat and a sort of hyper sexually can be felt on these days and at any point if something real turns you on. That is why you should avoid even thinking about P. On these days you are vulnerable and so be careful, but its normal to not feel yourself in that moment. Just hold on and be strong. I find Green Tea Extract not just a little helpful, but essential to calming down. Good news is at day 20 you will be well in control and it will calm down a lot.

    I hope this helps you out Mate, I have done a bucket load of research and trial and error to know that is the truth. Those first two weeks are the biggest fight, but your doing the right thing in quitting, never, ever go back. Only have sex if you need a release.

    yes. men are hardwired to look at women. dont worry about it its like the most normal behavior ever, but just be socially aware and dont be super obvious lol. its a behavior that definitely comes more when you stop pmo. congrats on your journey start
