I started nofap last month 22nd I'm on day 28 now I'm feeling lonely and trying to do something but can't able to do that can't able to concentrate in anything when someone says something feels like they are faking and feels like I need sex very badly but no sexual urges. My best friend she keeps on avoiding me. Can't able to sleep better if I wake up at 3 o clk in the early morning by sleeping at 12 midnight can't able to sleep once I wake up feels like life is boring. Going to gym that 1hr I will feel somewhat good apart from whole day I feels like I'm not interested in anything all are avoiding me and something like that. Don't know what is this.
