Halo guys. Right now I'm on 65 days streak. There are days when I feel good (confidence, outgoing, motivated, etc). And there are times when I feel down, depressed, social anxiety, fear and worried, not feel like doing anything, aching body and tiredness, erc. So my question is, how to keep being able to go out and socialize, meet friends and family, meeting people, work when we are at the flatline/withdrawal symptoms? Because sometimes I think that I just don't want to do much because I'm still rebooting. I don't want to go out/work because I know that I'm not at my best (fully rebooted). But if I wait until fully rebooted which it could take up to 6 month some people said, it would be pretty long time to wait..
