    Heya fellow fapstronauts!
I am not sure if some or all of you face issues like this, but on day 16 of NoFap, I got a girl back home. We drank a couple of drinks. And then, we got into bed. Everything seemed fine during foreplay, and I could feel my penis being rock hard (due to the nofap streak I presume), but as soon as it was time to have sex, I reached out for the condom, and whilst trying to put on the condom, the 'pipe' went limp. This kept on happening throughout the night. I was just not able to keep it up whilst trying to put on the condom. Even in the morning, when I had a strong erection, and my body was rested and void of any alcohol that could cause such a predicament, the same thing happened.

The girl definitely left my house in the morning extremely disappointed. Now I dunno why this happened, but I have faced issues like this during previous sexual encounters too. Is it a case of erectile dysfunction due to porn and masturbation? Is this normal during a 16 day streak? Or could it just be anxiety due to previous failed attempts at achieving a successful hard-on for the length of a sexual event?

I am really scared that I might need to turn to meds to be able to satisfy girls in the future. I don't want to do that. Please help! I am a 24 year old individual who has fapped since the age of 15 (almost everyday).

don't worry, it's not a case to heal by medicines. It's in your head. I'm not a specialist, just telling from own experience - the body heals first, but only when your mind is fully recovered your issue will pass away. It has something to do with patterns which lead to sexual fulfillment. Also when you masturbate to porn, your brain activates parts responsible for 'selfish pleasure', identically like when you take drugs. In the other hand, during real sex your brain activates regions responsible for feeling love and care for another person. Possibly your brain is too confused right now, and doesn't understand or even remember these unknown signals from the 'love regions'. Don't worry! this will pass, it's the best signal you're on good way to recover!
