Day 16 is here. @MASTER MONK please change my rank for I have completed 2 weeks Derealization, extreme brainfog, existential anxiety and the deep feeling of pointlessness are pretty much at the forefront of experience right now. But I've managed to fall asleep around 11PM yesterday. Actually the first time in a looooong long time that I slept between 11PM and 8AM. So this officially counts as day one for my sleeping habits. Let's see how long this streak lasts As with my PMO streak, no urges.. yet.. I'll keep posting
