Put down your phone and do some push-ups and if you have something to distract yourself with do it quick.

The comment by @FutureKing is correct. Getting through the first 30 days or first few weeks is incredibly difficult. This is because porn is fresh on your mind and urges are very vivid and strong. But once you pass this phase the memories of porn start fading and urges start becoming a bit manageable. So give the first few weeks all you got, you will need both willpower and to physically keep away from pmo. So stay in public places, friends or family. Delete all porn and make it difficult to access etc. If you have to force yourself out of the house for a few hours to avoid relapse do it. Even if it's tough with peeking etc just try to hit 30 days without mo to porn.

In my last comment I mentioned a list of things you can do especially during the first streaks. Do you really feel like you're doing enough to quit?

    Just to recap;
    1) First weeks after heavy use are difficult because porn is fresh on your mind and urges would therefore be very strong.
2)You need to rely more on keeping yourself physically away from porn. So stay around people, go to public places etc. Basically places and situations where you can't pmo even if you wanted to.
3)Try to have a routine where you are away from your devices or you are with people especially during the periods that you would usually be alone e.g. bed time amd early morning.
    4) Have an activity to do when urges are strong e.g. going to the gym, wearing yourself out and you can save a day when you get back to bed and sleep till morning.
    5) Try to keep your mind clean and do not peek, although this will be the difficult part when you are not physically able to pmo. Just try anyway.
The first few weeks are tough because urges are still fresh, so do not use willpower you will fail if pmo is within your reach. So force yourself away from pmo, so that you can't do it if even you really wanted to maybe because you are in public or with people. The streaks you force in this manner will start clearing your memories from porn. After 30 days of literally struggling not to peek I realised that the memories started getting vague. This is when the urges will start getting more manageable and you can do stuff like push ups to get rid of them. Otherwise at the begining you'll exercise thsn just come back and pmo as long as it is there. This is all up to you mate. And it is what you decide to do. You really need to stop coming back to ask people what to do when all you're doing is creating a filter that you can easily bypass. Also people provided tonnes pf suggestions already yet you do one flimsy attempt to block pmo and come back for mpre advise. It's not even fair to the people taking time to respond.

I am glad you did not take offence to my comment. I can somtimes sounds a bit harsh although that is not the intention. Ultimately this journey is very personal, it's about your decisions and being honest with yourself. No one will give you a secret weapon to stop relapse. We can share ideas but at the end of the day you just need to stay away from pmo by whichever means. With that you should be able to look at your situation and come up with a plan that you can continuously adjust. Stay strong.

    Dont give up, mate.

What @thikk Is saying Is very true, the first few weeks will be hard but start doing activities that'll make you busy, generate new hobbys, create good habits by simple steps, stay away from triggrers that'll allow you to relapse.

    For advice take this:
    1. If urges are really strong stay away from your Phone, PC and start taking deep breaths If that dont work, drop and do Push Ups
    2. Again, start creating hobbys and good habits to keep your mind busy
    3. Start a journel if that interests you
    4. Keep in thoughts why you joined the NoFap Community
    5. Identfy triggers and elimanate them
Keep going at it mate, be strong and learn from your mistakes!

  18. How're You Friend??

  19. First 7 days are really hard. If you stay completely clean in these days then it gets easier.
For me is important not to have stimuli. So I deleted all my social media. If you don't think anything sexual is not gonna trap you.
And another important thing for me is staying with the family, work everyday handling the famiglia business and rackets, exercise to shoot with my soldiers.
