well i can officially say after 35 days i have relapsed
i never thought i would do it again because of how strong i was going. this 35 days has been amazing for me every day i was glad that i didn’t relapse and that feeling you get at the end of the day knowing you won the battle today is amazing. This is not the end…at all. I have been here before just never before on a streak this long (this was my longest streak). and now i’m gonna come back stronger that i was when i started. Just another bump in the road…back to day 1, let’s roll.
