Spartan workout military academy

  2. I went on a good bodyweight circle workout + sprints + fast jogging + stretching .
    I was about to pass out, but made it home .

    On the track there was a woman I lusted really much . She was just too much for me to handle .. like my type . + There were like 3-5 women and one other man who was old and homo (prolly ) . I felt the energy with me.. grrr. Can't stand that .

  3. A long walk today. From tomorrow gym is open again ;)

  4. Everybody's so eager to go back to gym that the booking sistem had a down in the system :(.
    Didn't go today because I need 30 minutes to reach the gym, and I couldn't afford to arrive and know that was already full :((which probably was since the down of the sistem)

    Got my 3rd training in this week. Moving forward I'm gonna devote less time on jumpropes and more time on weights.

    2 x 500 jumpropes
    1 x 250 jumpropes
    2 x flat bench DB press
    2 x skullcrushers
    2 x all-out fury on the punching bag (lasted only about 30 seconds each tine; completwly winded me)

    Got to spend more time on strength and flexibility . Good .

  13. I actually downloaded this list 'cause I like to expand my musical knowledge. I already had the Blues Saraceno tune, and Easy Come Easy Go is right up my street. Can't Stop would've been great, but I got the DJ version by accident. Kinda ruins it.

    Couldn't get the Naruto theme, but did download a couple of related tracks.

    Anyway, thanks for posting this!

  14. Okay , previously I said I will give some really dark, extreme one playlist .
    So, please be really cautious . Will implement some more easy songs to in the beginning and in the end .
    Will put a '' ( C ) '' after a track which I find so strong and possible triggering, so you will be aware to listen carefully . This music is basically used for turn up and not for normal usage . It's hard .

    First 3 warming up . Others actual working out . Last 2 cool down . It's extremely dark, (not like songs like no competition by Marc was soft ) but be careful . I personally use them, so I can be in a war like environment . For me, it works . Results are great . I told it before . I don't workout to look good .

  15. Back to the gym. Strange enviroment with new rules.
    But did my thing.
    45-50 minutes of intensive biceps day :)

    3 x 250 reps jumpropes (best time 3:08 minutes)
    3 x deadlifts
    3x bentover DB lat raises
    3x lat pulldowns
    3x Farmer's Carries
    3 x all-out anger and fury on the punching bag
