    Trained for approx. 1 hour FRI 05/01. Longest and most intense workout in awhile.

    Jumpropes x 4
    Deadlifts ×4
    Bentover DB lat raises x 4
    Farmer''s Carry x4
    Shrugs x4
    Lat pulldowns x4

  6. I am active everyday .
    Prefer walks more than everything . Ever .
    I walk, therefore I meditate .
    Look at nature . Always ready for whatever .
    Run . Do push ups. Play basketball .

    But what I am really in love with is looking at nature . The trees , the leaves , the animals .
    People look at me, they see I am part of nature . I love everything and everyone .

    And I love my new way of no days of activity . It can be light , very light and more meditative sometimes , but it is every single day .
    Hugging the sun .
    Everything loves me, I love everything .
    I finally walk slowly toward to the sage mode .

    Trained this aft. Light on the volume but I sweated and got a nice pump.

    2 x bentover bench DB lat raise
    2 x farmer's carry

    3 x 500 jumpropes (averaged 7 1/2 minutes per set)

    3 x standing overhead DB press
    3 x side lat raises
    3 x upright rows
    3 x 50 pushups
