Talking about Testosterone in males

We all know testosterone is what helps a little teenager to become a man.
I made some researches and found out that women have some primordial instincts related to testosterone.
They can sense if a man has high testosterone and it could attract them to him.
1- Do you agree with this theory?
2- Does NoFap boost your testosterone? Or at least, does masturbating make your testosterone levels lower?
3- How can I increase my testosterone levels naturally, besides working out?

Thanks in advance for your attention, I am hoping to find some interesting answers to my dilemma.
 
For 1 and 2 I'd definitely say no. As for 3, I'm no expert but I'm sure healthly eating and proper sleep play a role.

Men with high testosterone are more inclined to behave in certain ways that women are naturally attracted to. Testosterone also makes a deeper voice. Tesosterone burns fat and leads to muscle gain.

There isn't much you can do to raise your testosterone, besides heavy lifting/diet/sleep, unless you are deficient. If you have hypogonadism you can get treatment for that. Most men over 30 start having sub-par testosterone levels, so I recommend to get a full blood panel and begin hormone therapy if you need to.
 
i beleive just not fapping & O'ing increases testestorone levels, i feel it strongly, while on winning streaks, i could say it always increases after work outs, i can say it helps with muscle growth,i ve been working out incredibly while on nofap,gaining 2 lbs of wieght each month from working out but covid hit so i stopped but i notice im very aruementive an want to fight when i feel my testosterones levels are high, i get into heated predicament's with big tough guys ,i tell myself to calm down it well pass dont be so agressive i tell myself,and its not the high testestorone levels that are attracting females , not fapping increases your pharamones ,this attracts the females,im pretty sure the paramones reach a couple kilometers ,just today i ran my errands im sit in my car getting ready to start up an drive off an this random female walked to her car beside mine, leaned low to look inside an look at me smile at me an got in her car i was so confused,

It's been scientifically proven that NoFap doesn't raise testosterone levels. All of the things you mentioned are real, but the causes are related to different areas of the brain - not testosterone. Our bodies are very complex - and nothing in the universe competes with the complexity of the human brain - and our experience cannot be over-simplified and reduced to a single hormone.

The point is - NoFap works. It has huge benefits. Testosterone is a separate issue, let's not confuse the two.

NoFap aids tremendously in restoring proper dopaminergic signalling, curing damaged frontal lobes, etc. It helps in many, many ways. It can cure porn-induced erectile dysfunction, depression, anxiety, conflict aversion, etc.
 
well i m not a doctor , all i can say is i get huge boasts of energy, aggression, quick muscle growth ever since practicing nofap,
 
If you're concerned about how testosterone is influencing your abilities with women, you are completely missing the point. Women respond to behavioural cues. They love men who are charismatic, funny, use emotional language without being overly emotional, and don't judge themselves or the women they're interested in. Focus your attention on learning to be that kind of man rather than wasting your time figuring out natural ways to increase your testosterone (all of which have a negligible effect on behaviour).
 
In regards to NoFap I wanna put out a thought I had a while ago and see what you guys think about it. I have not put much research into this, so please don't expect anything more than a theory. Here it goes:

It's pretty much an universally accepted fact, that NoFap will not increase you testosterone levels in any way (with the exception of the little spike at Day 7). However, we know too that it's not only about how much of a given chemical we have in our body, but also how many coresponding receptors for the specific chemical we have. For example: We know, that the dopamine receptors are fewer in number for addicts than for normal people, although the amount of dopamine present in the system might be multiple times more through the constant stimulation. So, what if it is the same for our androgen receptors? Could it be, that constant sexual stimulation (sexual activity being closely linked with testosterone) kind of "overstimulates" these receptors, which then leads to a decrease in such receptors and therefore to lower function? I got this idea after reading a paragraph in this YBOP article:

As stated, the preponderance of animal & human studies suggest that neither abstinence nor “too much ejaculation” have any effect on blood testosterone levels. However, there’s evidence that ejaculation to the point of sexual satiation triggers multiple brain changes – including a decline in androgen receptors. and increases in estrogen receptors and dopamine-blocking opioids in several brain regions. Full recovery takes about 15 days and is quite apart from addiction-related brain changes.

If we assume this premise is correct for the sake of argument, then it would make sense that we could regain these receptors - and thus the effects of testosterone - by giving ourselfs a break from all the stimulation, wouldn't it? What do you guys think? Has anybody looked deeper into this?
 
Before nofap, I had testosterone of 14-16 (repeated tests). I was building muscle and getting the pump easier.

After nofap, I have testosterone that's 22-25 (repeated tests). I'm not building as much muscle and the pump is weaker.

Now my T is converting to Estrogen which is giving me a fat arse (getting bigger everyday).

That was only a fanatic question. I am currently working on myself, along with NoFap. But thanks for your advice!
 
Anyway, a fact is that NoFap somehow helps you become a man and makes you more attractive to women.
There is surely something behind this, but we don't know what's that, or at least me.
I would say NoFap is magical for a male.
After I started my streak, in just one year, I passed from being an ugly teenager to an attractive young man.
It's not NoFap itself that makes you man, at least not alone.

NoFap helps you build those habits that make you a man:
-Hard work
-Healthy eating
-Beat Social fear and Build Social Skills
-Working out every day
-Drinking lots of water
-Start a self-improvement journey
-Drink more water
-Cut out junk food
-Start a skincare routine
-Control your emotions, not being a pussy every time
-Fight depression
-Beat the fear of escaping your comfort zone. Explore that cave by the sea, Talk to that girl, Do something scary every day.

All of these habits make you a man.
And guess what: all these habits make you busy.
If you rely only on not jerking off, not committing your time on other activities, you will continue to fail, you will continue to relapse, you won't reach any improvement.

they say your gut is your second brain so if you change how you eat your attitude an thinking should alter also, as my eatting plan changed drastically in a postive way an changed an my mindstate is so positive an my thinking is so clear

Ir dependa also of your life style , how you eat, sleep , your habits etc.....all of that contribute to testosterone!
I think nofap sure it can helps with testosterone but that alone isnt enough
I have good testosterone thank God but there is a natural suplement called tribulus that can boost your testosterone also , i have take it when i came back after quarenteen to gym( to regain the shape more fast) and it is quite good but it putts you much more horny! So be careful
 
'm not kidding, because I heard if you get an erection for more that 45 minutes its not good and you need to go to the hospital.
I'm pretty sure that the time is 4 hours and only after taking meds like viagra. If it were 45 minutes, I would be pretty broken already.
