Day 1 checking in. Feeling kind of low still due to the emotional garbage,but I´ve relinquished some of the drama already and feel much better off than beforehand.

It's pretty much self managed. The original moderator is gone so you won't see updates there. Every now and then @Espi1971 does an update for us.

Just log today as day zero/100 and come back tomorrow and you're at 1/100. Keep going. Don't quit my friend.

Going to say welcome to NoFap. Already nearly a week for you is a great accomplishment. You've seen my other reply by now, but one other thing I wanted to say was that on the first page and first message of this challenge @Kratos_GOW who isn't on here anymore laid out a progress chart. So after 7 days you'll advance, and 14 days, etc. etc. Don't get too wrapped up in it all. It's all about you and your personal goals and personal needs. These challenges in my humble opinion are an extra layer of accountability, and motivation; but also a distraction from the urges.

I know you're in week one and you may or may not relapse one day. Check out the forum and please be kind to yourself in your thinking and perceptions towards success and failure here.
