completed my goal of 7 day now my next goal / target is to complete 10 days without pmo ;;; now it will get more serious and i will also be very careful and will focus on my hobbies and will preplan everything so that i will not fall in the traps and tricks of my brain and will not relapse this time

Just checking in.Well I'm still in and my itching trigger I felt strongly yesterday has nearly vanished today!Mind is quite clear but memory played a trick today-Whilst making breakfast in the morning I forgotten what i was after when opened the fridge in the middle of it....I think there is always a time between you notice a trigger and its affecting you to stop entertaining that trigger in your mind.,recognize it for what it is and take your attention away to something you really want or need to do to improve yourself.I guess on initial stage its important to get your dopamine sensitivity restored to a certain level to engage in certain activities,you have to find it out for yourself by trying to engage with an activity like e.g. studying or trying to solve complex problem and see if you can keep your mind focused on it...if not try something easier,but come back to it later to see if you recovery efforts brought good results.
Well it should be mo like -Strenghten your weakest point,and to fix your weakness you have to be sensible and understanding of how it works,and as for the last one remember the bible saying-Don't show yourself brave against wine for many were destroyed by it.
