    Feeling better today, I think I indeed found the culprit for the dizzy spells, but i'll wait a couple more days before I confirm here.

    I did experience a bit of anger first thing in the morning and some minor anxiety. I'm doing my best to just observe it, not hold onto it. Later on in the day, I'll re-evaluate the situation and write out what I could do to change my own response and what is merely left to circumstance.

    Goal for today is a workout, meditation, exposure and a bit of reading.

    Keep training!

    @Servo_Operator Congrats on ascending !

  3. Day 8 checking in.
    I am working on handling negative feelings / stressors in healthy ways. When I feel an urge I ask myself: what am I feeling?
    It's easier to handle it without P once you identify it.
    Also yesterday at night I had urges but my simple no screens after 10 rule was there to protect me.
    I set a daily reminder on my phone so I can't forget about it.
    My mind slowly starts to de-pornify and de-sexualize. Its a relief.

  4. 46. I bought and downloaded "Push It to The Limit" for my workout playlist. Turns out Giovanni Giorgio arranged the music!

    Well I have decided, I will restart even though I looked at P unintentionally for the most part. Any way, I had to move away P stuff.

    Day 0

    I know I will be on the roll this time. But I still maintain Semen Retention/NoFap so I still haven't released yet! Only experience anxiety/restlessness and I believe working out cured it. But I have become a bit more impatient & angry without releasing.

    Will be spending most of my time outside today, hope everyone is having a nice weekend.

    Keep training!

    @Against_the_demon_in_myself Great break down and good work on assessing your emotions.

    @LeviHS Stand again Saiyan!

    @LLOYYD Always important to channel the energy you have from semen retention, even keeping your mind off of withdrawal. Definitely working out at your capacity will help, as will meditation and active pursuit of what ever your goals may be.

  11. Had an urge and came to the forum to write instead of giving in.
    It was caused by a sad thought. Interesting how the addicted mind instantly wants to shut the thought out by PMO.
    Only makes things worse, digging the hole a little bit deeper.
    I want to improve my eating habits as well, I noticed that in the last few days I've eaten more than I would have liked.
    Food can also act in similar ways as PMO, distracting us from the things we need to deal with.
    I'll keep on fighting. Also congratulations on your new rank @Peppy !
