The nagging headache I had the first two weeks ago also never came back. Had zero exposure to any porn of naked related content. Strategy: No IG, Snapchat, Facebook, or any of that. Avoid all websites where there might be a remote chance of someone posting something nude and never ever ever allow myself to even search for a pornstar name or whatever. Even the remote action of chasing what I should not is avoided. I Feel more and more free!

Today was a good day, got an early morning workout in, work went well and I've been implementing study routine after work. Trying to limit screens and get my mind use to study after work. Progressively waking up earlier and earlier as the weeks go by.

87 days free of PMO.
Had a wet dream yesterday with some quite nasty imagery in it. I think it was triggered by a conversation I had with a friend.
It was emotional, about me facing my mistakes, committing to not do them again, letting go of the past and moving forward with my life.
Somehow I felt it click, I felt letting go. My mind was in upheaval at night trying to process all this and I think that caused the dream.
I'm not interested in having these maladaptive PMO related responses to stressors anymore, I will keep fighting.
