  5. Does anyone know how to block porn on Xbox effectively, I can't find a good way and I think I might relapse if I don't find one soon.

The only thing I could think of now is changing the DNS on your router to cleanbrowsing. It should filter what you visit on your xbox.

Added Google Family Link with instructions to android filters.
This one acts like a remote app lock, which sends a notification to your accountability partner whenever you want to install a new app and he could reject or approve. It also blocks porn sites, enforces safe search and has many other features.

I am afraid you can't just remove the desire to watch porn. There is no scientifically proven method that could make people not like sex/porn (except castration). Porn blockers do help. I would have been relapsing every other day, if I didn't have those blockers. I used to relapse 15 times/month. I know porn blockers don't cure this addiction but till we find that way to improve people's willpower, increase their self control/resistance and kill their uncontrollable impulses, porn blockers will remain as one of out best friends in this non-ending battle.

Porn is just a few clicks away, they have made a lot of effort and paid millions of dollars to make porn accessible to everyone, all the time 24/7. That's because those guys know how the environment affects our habits and decisions:https://jamesclear.com/environment-design-organ-donation

You said it: one day. So instead of relapsing 4 times a week, you would relapse once every 60 days. I have gone much longer than that in my streak.

So you think ditching your phone is a better idea than just installing a filtering app. Porn blockers are bad but throwing away your phone makes sense.

Cool bro good for you, but some of us need that external help from blockers to stay resilient. I understand no blocker is 100% efficient, but still having that sense of security helps in our recovery a lot.
    Cheers

why don't you remove the desire to use your smartphone instead of getting rid of the phone.

If you have an android phone, Google Family Link can fix this issue. You can't remove it by resetting your phone because it gets linked to your google account.
