Checking in Day 8. Had lunch with a lady friend. Physical: Lifted weights at the house today. Feels great to be back! Mental Game: Crammed hard to help my pupils learn. Watched 2xScience Modules. Read 3 Chapters of Old Testament Bible Amos - Finished the book. Will read a chapter of John tonight. I bounce back and forth between reading Urban Meyer's Above the Line and Dean Graziosi's Millionaire Success Habits. They fgive me good fuel. Ready to get back at it tomorrow! Let's go get it! 5273 reporting, This was a dream. I was driving down the road. At the intersection, there's an accident involving a car and a motorcycle. There's a body lying on the scene. I didn't think much, stopped the car and rushed to the victim. Later had somebody doing chest compressions. Actually she was there first. There's was a cheer? from people and I couldn't remember the details. But I woke up wih a I was thinking about doing first aid training but didn't do it on weekend. And this was much realistic than watching instructions. This kind of dream is welcomed. I repeat, this was a dream. Pilosophy as respected. Case studied. Also watched some motivated speeches from veteran nofappers. I'm following the path. Woorah!

No worries. I was everything low. Working on each for 30 days and tell us the improvement. You can do it! Where you're staying must be safe for recovery. That's #1. This is army, so you must train! Or walk... As long as you're doing the right thing, concentration will recover. I wish you kill fanstasies fast, if you're having them.
If I would have taken this assignment two months ago even I would have been low on everything... But Ya i need improvement and I am gonna try my hardest to get out.. After all I am in army I have to do my best... About the environment Yes it is safe for recovery As I am down with my toxic friends and trashy crush And now there is no way to go but up as far as recovery is concerned
Reporting day 73. Survived my vacation/date with bad urges but no relapse. I imagine further complications in the next few days. Am prepared. Walked 100.000 steps in total last week.
Day 25 checking Really tired for 2 days of elections. But this way, no urges came my way. Really need rest, though. But I am doing good.

Physical Game: Slept from 4ish pm yesterday till 6:30am today - kinda got behind the 8-ball on things to catch up on and also may have an injured hammy so I felt the unction to not do my recovery training tonight.
