I recommend eating a big bowl of macncheese as a nofap food. you'll be too full to move even a little finger :D

I am two thirds done with the reboot and very happy about that. I want to keep going on afterwards but still it's nice to reach this milestone.

Lol Had a booby dream. Didn't trapped because I remember the training.
Case studied. Different types of relapases; emotional, stress, too-high, too-low, weekend...The way is to treat all equally. There's no up and down, but continuous exercise in physical, mental, and spiritual. Daily.

    Reporting day 63.

Work was exhausting this week. No workout done. But will go walk a bit today. Made muffins also and passed a test for freelance jobs that I can do while looking for a proper employment.

    Day 7
Came out of a binge finally..
Mental health healing beyond measure :)
    I am really happy...
My whole day used to be filled with Ruminations from past..
    Now I have 0% Ruminations..
Cause of Ruminations : repressed resentment
Thank God these Ruminations have ended.. After I confronted a person and got an apology (at least verbally not sure if the other person really meant it)

I shed introvertness and learnt to be assertive and not codependent..
    I have matured
And i will never get hurt the same way twice..
This time aiming for a very high streak and productive goals :)

    Be consistent.

There's a pastor struggling of managing a church. But he was consistent and keep doing the right thing. Now this place is flooded with believers.

Joseph and Mary in the past, had a big challenge. They kept doing the right thing. But for a long time, nothing really improved. Because of their consistency, they ended with great rewards. Even tho it took alittle longer than expected.

Keeping faith during the difficult time is the key. Can you keep doing the right thing, in waiting period? When the recovery journey is getting worse, no sign of good things happening, keeping relapsing, bad cycle.... The time is always right to be consistent. Consistently studying the nofap materials. Keep doing that even over 90 days. Those who consistently study and train, have an "eter nofap." They will not relapse but pass every day test.

Well the last part I made it up:rolleyes: Those who....have an eternal life.

    What's up everyone,

Sorry its been forever since I posted - I couldn't find alert to the boot camp - hell mode so I thought I got kicked out.

Checking in day one. Great to see you're all still on here.

    Day 2 reporting.

Went to church today, finished Jon Gruden's book "Do you love Football?" for the second time, did my recovery workout with weights at the house (thanks be to God for already having had those), did a learning module my pupils will be studying, and read 3 chapters of the Old Testament of the Bible, and actually the whole book: Joel. Went to the grocery store and did laundry.

About to get to sleep at the earliest I have intentionally in a while (9:15-9:30pm). Will read a chapter from John tonight, be in prayer, and maybe read a section from a book called "Self-Theories" - helps to wind me down.

Hope you all had an awesome weekend. Might direct message some of you. I feel like if I have more a team commitment to the group I will fight harder!

While I'm a Broncos fan, gotta love that Chucky (Gruden) won his opener today for the debut of the Las Vegas Raiders!

Philosophy. Need to work on some tests.
Training excersise failed badly. It's a very much disgrace. Strategy didn't work out. We're over run by the opponent. Painful. But found some improvements. Areas to working on. When you win so much, you forgot the taste of losing.
Did a simulated project for a community. Pretty well drafted. My comment.
Book of john is one of my favourites. I like the last prayer.

Guess we've got matching laundry days - accountability team? lol

As far as winning so much, A loss is a good slap in the face sometimes we need to keep our edge. I like the Book of of John a lot too! The last prayer is definitely powerful!
