God is all around you it's the sum of all visible and invisible( the Lord our God the Lord is One). We live in God like fish in the water. To see God you only have to see yourself as an inseparable part of this Oneness instead of separate-private-independant with not caring about your brothers and sisters attitude, it is in the shift of awareness from me to US. Matthew 25:40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of Mine, you did for Me.’ Zechariah 14:9 "And the LORD will be King over all the earth; on that day the LORD will be one, and His name is One." Ephesians 4:6 "One God and Father of all,Who is over all and through all and in all."
Brother ,you cannot really overestimate the importance of sleep in thinking clearly and acting straight according to your values. Late night inflicts serious damage on the coming day by making you mentally and physically under par with an accumulating effect if it's a staying late binge, all the way up right to the point where we start experiencing great difficulty in memory and understanding.Make it an unbreakable rule in your recovery system to keep your sleep time intact and good quality and you will surely see a good progress.
Day 166 no PMO. Made it home yesterday afternoon and spent the afternoon with my family. Got a good bit of sleep last night so today should be a good day.
i feel you bro. well, the first thing is that you need to stay commited to the reboot. only when you put the reboot on first place in your life, you can make improvements. even then, you can and will slip, but at least you are falling forward. and a major piece in the reboot, is to stay accountable with the community (self help groups). we got a good community here in the Fellowship. why not stay with us? for other tips, check "story and tips" in my signature, or a nice summary in the initial post of this thread. as for the hooker thing, i don´t think that needs an answer at all. you can figure that by yourself
try to solve your problems bro, start with the biggest one and go from there. don´t leave your life unbalanced as that will naturally contaminate the reboot process. face your issues bro, don´t procrastinate. and regain your inner balance with meditation, sleep, healthy nutrition and exercise Focus my brother, we´re with you!
Day 37 Shit, today again wet dream. I am considering all factors even I am getting wet dreams and these are draining my accumulated energy but I don't have to take stress also. So pray for me so that I can reduce the frequency of wet dreams.
Hi bro, legendary brother Soaring Eagle from the chinese forums, recommends this to avoid wet dreams: at night, avoid: red meat high fat food spicy food in the bed, avoid: heavy blankets he also recommends practicing Qigong before going to bed, especially the 8 brocades exercise. this will not prevent all wet dreams from happening, but it will significantly reduce them
Checking in Fellowship Feeling much better today. boy, yesterday was so bad that i multiple times said to myself: "God, i may not prevent this from happening again in my life, but it will be the last time that i´ll be like this because of PMO" went for some form of aid, so i read some JK Emezi on the subject. he recommends that to overcome the withdrawal sympthoms faster, regular exercise and healthy food is the best way. i wasn´t doing exercise lately due to my leg pain, only light exercises. so i took a risk and made a full 20 minutes workout. sweat like a pig . afterwards i took a good shower and turn the cold water in the end. brothers, i felt like a million bucks: stronger, faster and aware. fatigue was gone, brain fog was gone, even my leg pain was gone so i recommend this to everyone. regular workouts and cold showers are great to boost the body and the spirit . i will keep doing this in a regular basis . have a great day my brothers and sisters!! Love you all
