Day 39. VIII. Calisthenics done. All 4 cycles. Both sessions this week complete. I like. I feel that I am slowly getting stronger. That's nice. Of course, I am firstly doing this for health and strength, but I also care how I look. I don't think I'll be big doing calithenics, but I would like to get a bit more ripped until the summer. Day 7 Currently in the middle of finishing up a week's worth of assignments; writing essays always ends up in feeling distracted at one point or another (which is the reason I'm writing this update right now), and I usually have a strong impulse to relapse. I've been able to talk through my addiction with my girlfriend and she's been incredibly understanding. She has offered to talk and pray with me when I'm on the edge, and always wants me to be honest with her if I relapse - this has been a huge encouragement!
Day 42. @Paul S. Go out for a movie brother. Read some success /relapse stories here in the forums. You don't need porn and it certainly won't make you feel better.
