Hey welcome to NoFap Community, great you are joining us here @sikich. To become a better you is a good decision. Tricks and tips? Hm ... You cannot stop the waves (urges) but you can learn how to surf. Do not fight the old but use the energy to build the new. Have a clear vision of who you want to be and how you want to feel, how you want to spend the rest of your life. Go one day at a time. Unfortunately there's no magic trick that liberates you just like that. You need to go the path. At times it can be a bumpy road, never mind, even if you stumble, fall, get back up and keep going. Hope that helps a little. We all need to walk the talk, one step at a time.
