Day 0 again. Very depressed and lost track of my "why". And when you lose track of your "why", you just kind of throw in the towel. Hopefully I can find it but right now I don't see myself sustaining a streak for any significant amount of time.
Day 10. I had bad cravings and urges during the night before today. Managed to deal with them with willpower, however I think I'm going to write more about it tomorrow maybe. Good news is --> I got myself a new job and it has a fixed schedule with the perfect location. Now it is just a matter of trying out and seeing how well things will go. I will do my best. I've got this far with my streak again, now I want to make the best of it, if not overcome this addiction once and for all. However I think much work lies ahead to be sure that this will work out well. Either way, I'll keep you updated. Let's keep going.
Day 1, Relapsed twice before after a streak of 9 days and didn't post then I am going to make myself get to at least 14 days Also, is swerve a good Porn Blocker?
Does it usually take you guys about 3-4 days of abstinence to start feeling good again too? I know that nearly every time I would go on streaks around 3-4 days is the magical number in which I start feeling really good and level headed.
Nothing is irrelevant, you might see it as failure but I see it as a warning and an inspiration to become better. By sharing your story you have inspired and motivated many to be better and change. Thanks you very much mansfelder
Day 9. Woke with an intense sexual urges. Hit me like 6 times. Entire night was dreaming about girls. Hopefully as I continue the urges will reduce. Cause in the morning. The urges where really strong. Even though I powered through.
Had almost relapsed. One hour back. I was resting via lunch break then woke up with an intense desire to watch P. I had started downloading the videos. Then I gained my sense after thinking abt nofap and how I didn't want to live that way any more.
This is a great post to remind us of how indeed, even though we can have small setbacks, that doesn’t mean that overall we’re not making progress. Let’s stay focused on the big picture!
