Day 2 - 24/10/20 - 7:50pm Today was a great day, I failed to wake up early however I was in a highly motivated state throughout the day which led to me getting alot done. My mood was high, my mental sharpness was too. In terms of urges, all were very minimal across the spectrum. By that I mean both sexual and general urges for entertainment and bad food were very minimal throughout the day. I highly doubt this has anything to do with NoFap due to the fact it is only day 2 which is not a milestone for me. I have one negative today, I woke up late, this is an issue that has caused 90% of my relapses, early morning lying in bed is my vulnerable time, I am aware of this. I would appreciate any tips that anyone has for consistently waking up early, my aim is waking up at 6am every morning which I do 60/70% of days however this is not a number I want to stay at. Two things I started my day with that was different today was that instead of meditation I did Wim Hof breathing which was great, I always enjoy doing it but never usually do in the morning, this left me with alot of energy and clarity which im sure was pivotal in leading me into a productive day. Secondly I did infrared light therapy on my testes while doing the breathing. Again, never usually do this in the morning but it could have played a role in testosterone increase throughout the day. I usually do this a couple times a week at random times and usually feel great after a few hours. Nutshell: Great day, minimal urges all around, excited for the coming week.
The best thinng to wake up early is to go to toilet early. Been doing it for 7 years and I wake everyday before 5am.this acts better than ur average alarm

Day 1 @black shadow @AlignedStoic I believe I have this problem as well - the lying in bed morning stuff. I don't relapse now but I can definitely feel the urges sometimes because this was the time in my past life where I always started the day with PMO ... what hell it was ... anyway - the suggestion to go to the toilet is really good! I want to stay in bed more and decide to just go to the toilet, but once I do my job there I am usually awake enough to not go back to bed and jump straight in the shower - for a cold one as well - just change your habit to take a shower as soon as you wake up or something like that! It will kill any lazyness and urges early in the morning! Lets go! Have a great sunday!
