Unfortunatly I relapsed, but it was another important lesson. The things I've learned:

- Don't start watching sexual photos on instagram, it will lead to masturbation and to porn viewing due to the chaser effect. Yes, the chaser effect is very real.

- I now am able to control intrusive thoughts. I noticed they don't affect me anymore.

- The pleasure from the masturbation and porn session was not satisfying due to not enough libido. I've learned that after 17 days, the libido is not yet ripristinated ( of course ). You need atleast 3 months.

All of this won't make me fall for another relapse. I'm very sure about it.

I'll restart the streak at 00:00 of tomorrow.

Relapsed, didn't look at P. Did hit one off :S

Taking a break from comps, not keeping track of it too much shit happening in rl. Even back smoking due to stress. Restarting the counter, as of tomorrow morning... Might be back in a few weeks
